The challenge remains also unchanged: <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">creating unusual combinations with four hands by matching a gourmet burger with a\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><a href=\"http:\/\/store.caffemoak.com\/\">coffee<\/a><\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0drink. It goes without saying &#8211; <\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Valentina Chiaramonte<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u2018s creativity and <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Domenico Cosentino<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u2019s <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">skills left us once again far from \u201cOff\u201d. \/>\n1 marinated anchovy fillet<br \/>\ngreen lemon zest<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\nsmoked pepper<br \/>\n20 g mayonnaise with Salina capers<br \/>\n1 quail egg<br \/>\noak leaf<br \/>\nsoft bun of<\/span>\u00a045 g<\/p>\n<p><em>Procedure:<\/em><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-GB\">First of all, prepare the hamburger: spice the fassona meat tartare with olive oil, anchovy (previously opened with a fork), green lemon zest (peel), salt and pepper to taste. Form a hamburger with a food ring mould. Sear on a red-hot grill on either side for around 30 seconds.
