Coffee cocktails

Few ingredients, few minutes and some colour. For those who don’t want to give up espresso, that’s what you need to prepare simple cocktails. Here are some recipes by Marco Poidomani prepared for for[me]training, where coffee is undisputed protagonist. One expedient: serve with a smile.

 

hazelnut coffee cream

  • 1 oz hazelnut cream
  • Coffee cream filling whipped with a mixer
  • Decoration crustas of chopped hazelnuts

 

zabaglione coffee cream

  • 1 oz zabaglione cream
  • coffee cream filling whipped with a mixer
  • decoration coloured sugar crustas

 

frozen coffee with pear

  • 4 oz mashed pear 
  • 2 oz almond milk
  • 1 oz coffee on top
  • ice blender decoration pear

            whiterussian coffee

  • 3/4 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz kalhua
  • 1 oz coffee
  • 2 oz half-whipped liquid cream ice
